To say the least I am very happy with with stumpwm. It gives me complete control over my desktop. I never got used to the layout management in awesome/xmonad as it always moved my windows around for me.

jumping to the exact window or frame you want keeps my hand off the mouse 90% of the time.

Cheers!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6613449007994858413.post-31366893818739383212009-12-30T00:54:25.513+08:002009-12-30T00:54:25.513+08:00As an Emacs user, I like to use Ctrl key as the pr...As an Emacs user, I like to use Ctrl key as the prefix; and I normally don't use Win key when using Linux :-)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11205967188770463624noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6613449007994858413.post-55890064862016757272009-12-09T07:57:58.233+08:002009-12-09T07:57:58.233+08:00Why C-x, Why not just using Win key or something? Why C-x, Why not just using Win key or something?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6613449007994858413.post-37431410091407109592009-01-11T19:45:00.000+08:002009-01-11T19:45:00.000+08:00I can recommend using the urxvtcd command instead ...I can recommend using the urxvtcd command instead of urxvt if you are using multiple consoles. It starts the urxvt in client mode after starting the urxvt demon if needed. Uses less resources than starting multiple instances of normal urxvt.daYavuzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13822546173583654071noreply@blogger.com
